How was the CPMS 2.0 developed?

The CPMS was developed by the European Commission to support the ERNs in improving the diagnosis and treatment of rare or low-prevalence complex diseases across the national borders of EU Member States. With improved usability, GDPR compliance, and new features, CPMS 2.0 empowers healthcare professionals to provide better care for patients across Europe.

How can I submit a case to ERN ReCONNET?

If you are a clinician based in the European Union/European Economic Area and you are seeking expert opinion on one of your patients living with a rare and low prevalence conditions covered by ERN ReCONNET (click here to see the full list of conditions covered by ERN ReCONNET), you can ask experts from the ERN ReCONNET to discuss the case virtually in the CPMS.

Please send us an email at: 📧 ern.reconnet(at)ao-pisa.toscana.it, and the Helpdesk Team will guide you through the process.

The expert discussion is completely free, and you will be able to upload your case directly in the CPMS after collecting the informed consent from the patient.
