Andrea Gaglioti is the financial and administrative manager of ERN ReCONNET since june 2017.

He is in charge of financial management of ERN budget; planning and monitoring of the ERN budget for ERN proposals and preparation of Financial Reports; interaction with the Healthcare provider (AOUP) administrative structures; adaptation and implementation of EU grants to the national and hospital administrative environment; purchasing of goods and services; recruitment of personnel procedures; planning and organisation of ERN face to face meetings and management of reimbursement process; support for the presentation of project proposals; feasibility analysis with respect to the call; support to the elaboration of the proposal for the administrative and financial part; internal preliminary management for the presentation of the projects; insertion of the documentation in the dedicated online platforms (e.g. Participant portal); support for planning and accounting management of projects; submission of periodic and final Financial Reports; support in the preparation of timesheets; preparation of technical reports.
