Meet our new UCTD ePAG Advocate Ramona Luciu

Welcome to Ramona Luciu, the new ERN ReCONNET ePAG Advocate representing UCTD!

Ramona Luciu is from from Romania, she has been diagnosed with UCTD in 2021 and she represents the UCTD patient community.

Ramona is a member of the ART Association (Association of Patients with Inflammatory Rheumatic Diseases in Transilvania) and she has a degree in Ecology and background in Logistics.

She is a patient advocate with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of accurate information about the disease, the highest specialized medical institutions that can provide them with modern services, based on the latest therapeutic and care options.

Last, but not least her goal is to find a way of helping UCTD patients to become aware of the fact that they can find within themselves the coping mechanisms to their new, challenging reality.
