Don’t miss the opportunity to join the ERN ReCONNET Transition of Care Accredited Training on rare and complex connective tissue diseases, an intensive international accredited programme taking place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 22–24 October 2026.

Designed for physicians, nurses, psychologists and allied health professionals, the course offers a unique combination of expert lectures, interactive workshops, case discussions and practical exercises focused on delivering high-quality transitional care. Participants will also benefit from a six-week virtual follow-up programme featuring mentoring and case-based learning.
